Annual Conference – Attendance at the annual PRISM conference provides networking opportunities with PRISM members as well as:
- Sponsor introductions to all attendees followed by a 90 minute session in which sponsors are allowed to demonstrate products or consult with members. This session is held in a common space supplied by PRISM. Each sponsor is provided with a table for distribution of literature and marketing materials, chairs and internet connectivity.
- Sponsors are recognized on signage, prepared by PRISM, which is displayed near the entrance to conference general sessions.
- A one page sponsor introduction and/or description are included in the conference booklet.
- Attendance at a Member Roundtable session where member funds highlight planned projects and soon to be released RFP’s.
- PRISM members are encouraged to utilize the services of PRISM sponsors.
The PRISM Board strives to ensure the ratio of sponsors to members remains balanced. PRISM members are not overwhelmed by the numbers of sponsors at the conference and the sponsors are provided great access and networking opportunities with current and potential future customers.
Secure PRISM Website – The secure PRISM website provides sponsors with the following functionality:
- Access to a PRISM membership list, contact information, project portfolios and current platforms in use.
- Information about the upcoming conference, including conference dates, location, agenda and hotel reservation information.
- Access to RFPs posted by PRISM members.
- Access to email lists of PRISM members and other PRISM sponsors.
- Ability to invite other employees from your organization to register as users on the PRISM website.

To become a PRISM sponsor, please send an email request to the PRISM Sponsor email listed below. Be sure to include your name, company name, email address, and phone number. After your request has been received, a PRISM Board member will contact you regarding next steps. Depending on the timing of the request, the next action would be either communicating conference registration information or placed on the communication list for the following PRISM conference year.
Once conference registration has been completed and your sponsorship fees have been received, you will be designated as the primary contact for your company will be sent login information for the secure PRISM website. Primary contacts have the ability to invite other employees from their organization to register as a user on the secure PRISM website.

$4,000 entitles one representative to attend the upcoming conference
$7,000 entitles two representatives to attend the upcoming conference
$10,000 entitles three representatives to attend the upcoming conference
$13,000 entitles four representatives to attend the upcoming conference

Snack Sponsor - $3,000
Sponsors that have paid their annual sponsorship fees will be given access to the secure PRISM website. Website access will be disabled if the sponsorship fees are not renewed for the following year.
