Unacceptable use of the PRISM website, as defined in this policy, should be immediately reported to any member of the PRISM Board of Directors. The PRISM Board of Directors will review alleged violations of this policy on a case-by-case basis. Clear violations of the policy may result in termination of the website access and / or potential expulsion from PRISM of the member or sponsor at fault without refund of any membership or sponsorship fees.

Steps have been taken to protect information on the PRISM web site from unauthorized access. These steps include requiring user name and password authentication for member / sponsor information access and / or a standard encryption protocol. You are responsible for ensuring your personal password remains secure. You should not reveal your password to anyone. If you believe an unauthorized person has gained access to it, you should change your password immediately. As part of good security practices, you should change your password regularly and never walk away from your computer when you’re in the middle of a session without locking your device. Also, PRISM recommends that, when leaving the secure portion of the PRISM site, you logout of the website and close your browser to ensure data is not saved in cache memory.
Passwords are not known to any other member or officer of PRISM. No member or officer of PRISM should ever ask another member or officer for their password. If someone does, please report this situation to the Webmaster immediately. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and must contain at least one upper case character, one numeric character and one special character (e.g. ~,!,@,#,$,%,&,*). Passwords should be changed by the user on a regular basis.
The PRISM website and computer systems are for authorized PRISM use only. Unauthorized access may be subject to prosecution. Individuals using this system without authority, or in excess of their authority, may be subject to having their activities on the site monitored and recorded beyond our normal monitoring and recording methods. PRISM may collect information regarding how the site is used (i.e. which pages are most / least accessed, how long someone may be on a page, etc.) and to provide proper navigation while visiting the site.
